My Exhausting Vacation
I thought I am going to be really relaxed back in our home... somewhere south... I came back there after 7 long years to visit my family there... just to catch up... I never thought that country living is much more exhausting than living in the city.... I went to a lot of places there because my grandparents wanted me to see their farm and other stuff... and then my uncles brought me to his farm and other stuff... and then my other uncle... and so on and so forth.... I was actually happy with their hospitality... until sometime came by when there is nothing else to do than to hear stories... all sorts... good ones... and bad ones... sad to hear the other stuff though... wish no one ever told me... but hey I can't argue... I just have to hear them all... its suppose to be fun and relaxing... but hearing bad stuff just ain't my plan...

Hoping to End My "Endless" Journey
I am in a place I thought I would love to be in... but now that I am already in it... I wish I never went in... hehe I know I sound so weird.. but I really feel like being literally torn... torn towards so many directions that I now think there are millions of angles you could be dragged into... hay life... sometimes I feel like I am in a desert... nothing to see... just sand everywhere.... and when you walk towards a constant direction... you'll feel like it will never end... though that is the case... I know I should choose one direction and head only towards that direction even if it feels like its never gonna end.... and hold on... hoping that I would bump into something.... or someone or some place... and give that whole "seem-like-its-never-gonna-end" journey a whole new meaning.... blah blah blah... my senseless rantings!!!!

After Ages...
Seems like ages since my last entry... I can't find any inspiration to write... Anyway... Just had a wonderful talk with a friend... I missed her... hehehe I found out a lot of things that I am not sure I should know... It hurts a little though... Things she told me about... things that are probably buried in the past... hmmm not quite sure with that last line hehehe...
After that talk, I took time to reflect on things... how come it doesn't hurt the same way... Pain are getting more bearable now... easy to handle... easy to
deflect... Maybe I've matured... or have I moved on with that part in my life?! That part of my life that I call my installment happiness... some months I'm happy....and then some months after are so boring... and some months more I couldn't move my cheeks to give a smile... cause someone kept pissing me off haha and then I become happy again...:) Anyway, having learned about things that are hmmm sometimes "kept"... I felt a pinch in my heart... but in a matter of seconds... I was surprise to still smile... Maybe I should stop waiting... Maybe even if I do not want things to end, it'll just do... Maybe no matter how thrilling a book is, it'll just meet its last chapter.... I thought maybe I had blessings in my life why this happened.... Maybe I should start appreciating them... before its too late... hmmm.... off to sleep now! ciao peeps!

"Run Forrest, Run!!!"
As a kid, my favorite movie was Forrest Gump. And his character was my favorite person... because he is simple minded and easy to please. He was most of the time happy just by seeing his love ones happy.. Anyway, I didn't write this about the movie but because I missed my childhood...
I wasn't a happy school kid... I was simply happy by myself... I remember running a lot back then... The wind just blows my pain away... ha!ha! Funny, I don't remember much about me being a loner... I don't remember my reasons... but I pray a lot... I talked to God like He was my only friend... I remember crying to Him whenever I'm hurt... and I remember punishing myself by kneeling over salt because I felt I have wronged God... ha!ha! I use to just run and sing by myself in the garage to the streets... hmmm.. no wonder I got hit by vehicles two times already at an early age... anyway! I just missed being a kid...
I missed having to run to God whenever I got problems.... Now that I have grown up... I preferred to run to my friends instead... Hmmm.... now that I thought about it.... I will start talking to Him again perhaps!!! Oh gee... it saddens me to think that I have changed too much... I miss myself... my innocent, carefree, careless, unminding, happy self... Oh well!!! SNAP IT!!! :D

The Pleasure of Sucking it all in!!!
After hearing about Dyson Vacuum Cleaners through my aunt in U.K., my mom asked me if I could find one via net early December last year... She told me she wanted a better vacuum cleaner than what we have in the house. We are currently using a vacuum cleaner almost as large as r2d2 from Star Wars... hmmm...come to think of it... they look the same too! ha! ha! ha!
Anyway, having scanned the listing of Dyson Vacuum Cleaners, we saw one cool vacuum cleaner.... Well, they are all cool by the way they were being described in the reviews... and they're all bagless!!! :) Yet, we had our eye on DC14... I think it will really help us with our carpet problems... plus our sofa is made of courdoroy which probably collected all falling hair from us and our pets(Dogs and a Cat)... Hmmm... Maybe that's why I find my face itchy every time I pig-out or bond with my siblings in the living room while watching T.V!!! Now, I am sure that we did right to get a better vacuum cleaner! A lighter, more convenient one surely made me and my mom want to vacuum it all the time!!! ha! ha! This certainly showed us the pleasure of sucking all the dirt in!!! As powerful as they say, we never had our sofa this clean for years now!
Now a healthier, much cleaner, allergic-free house is now possible for us! Dyson is really a great choice indeed!

Was It My Hair?!
Years and years before, I always have 3 kinds of hairstyle... Layered, Curl or One length... Nothing new for years and years now... One day... I was holding my scissors and sort of just cut my "bangs" short without thinking... so there... I have a new hairstyle... hehe
Anyway, they said a new hairstyle is always followed by a change in life... Didn't know it would mean a big change in my life though... Anyway, my life was really boring... but after cutting the front part of my hair short... everything started to change... I was able to meet new people in my life... :) They are really different... they made me feel like I really matter... It saddens me though, because I know one day... some of them would need to leave me... Oh well, that is how life is... You have to hurt and be hurt in order to be fair... But whatever may happen after that.... I would always treasure them in my heart....
So if its the "bangs" that made this all things happen to me... I must consider a carreer with hairs... hahaha

My Best Vacation Ever!
Went to Ilocos Sur and Ilocos Norte just this November. To those who doesn't know
where those places are... Its in the northern part of Luzon, Philippines. Anyway, I just pleaded to come with my sister's prenuptial pictorial. So there, after 12 hours of drive and 2 stops we arrived in Laoag City. The plan was to fetch a friend, Wilford, and stay for a while then go to Burgos where we rented a beach house. But we were so tired we couldn't get out of our friend's bed... So, we all decided to spend a night...
The next morning... we left for Burgos. Rested for a while but went on to our plan
for the day... Dropped by the famous lighthouse in the Philippines. Shoot some photos in Cape Bojeador where they say one lady in white guards it. ohhhh scary!
The Lighthouse keeper said it in one T.V. program one time... But anyway, the place was really photographic! Next, one of the famous beaches in the Philippines, Pagudpod.
Oh yeah, the sand was fine and the waves were wild... I'm scared to get in the water so I opted to just play with the sand as I search for a souvenir... I found this uber cool bangles that they sell 3 to 4 times more expensive in Manila... ha! ha! Yet the best place we went to was the Wind Farm! The big "fans" that supplies electricity to some parts of the
Philippines almost scared the hell out of us... They seemed like they were going to fall... Plus the strong winds making us want to go pee pee he! he! he! Anyway, the place is also wide and really great to ride ATV... I got cool pictures with Wilford's ATV there. Wee! While my sister was still shooting pictures for her wedding, I got to know my stranger-then-companions. Raymond, Wilford and Sotay, were all gentlemen to provide me anything I might need... Oh gosh, I feel like a princess! ha!ha! Okay, snap it!
Back in Burgos, we started a fire and cooked some fish and hot dogs over the grill! While enjoying the fresh from the grill food, we started to drink some beer. Oh yeah, this is life. I am not much of a drinker but I drink occasionally. Got drunk real fast so the bonding moments with my new found friends were cut short because I really need to go to sleep... he! he! Plus my sister is already giving me the looks! :)) lol!
The next morning, we shoot some photos on the abandoned ship just 50 meters away from our beach house. While my sister was busy posing for the cameras, two of my new friends found time to talk to me regarding their personal life :)) We are now good friends! :)) After the shoot, on our way to the next location... Patapat cascading
water falls... The water was icy cold and I just couldn't believe we were going to take a bath there... but hey! this is once in a lifetime experience so I jumped into my swimwear and soaked myself in the river... Burrrr! We hiked to the top of the falls so we wouldn't feel so cold but we later found out that we would take hours to get to the top! We then drived back to Burgos and set a bonfire. There I got closer to my new found friends which made my entire vacation fun. They were the funniest people I've ever met.
The last day of my stay saddens me a little. My vacation is over after one last stop today. Vigan, the place known for its very old houses and a field where people and animals can sort of interact.
Ahh... it was a long drive back... but having new friends and this vacation to think about makes it all worth the wrinkly butts and aching joints we have... hehe

My "Stone Cold" Lover!
Well, I have tried so many things just to tell him that I am so sad that he is not sweet... and he always gives me the same answer... Lately, I have been in the end of my wits since he just wouldn't compromise... but now, I think I have learned to adjust... Now that I have accepted that he would never say sweet things because he finds it so mushy... I realized that he does shows affection in a different way... like he reaches for my hand... or ask me if I have eaten dinner... rubs my back whenever he misses me... he kisses me on the forehead... and lets me squeeze him so tight that he finds it hard to breathe! hehehe He just lets me be... not meaning to change me in anyway... Hay.... I don't want to fall inlove with someone so "stiff"... but when I am with him... I need to constantly remind myself not to fall too fast... because what he has that makes me want to fall some more is just the way he is being his stone-cold self!

It Does Pays to Be Healthy!
Whew... I saw this horrible clips of "diabetes" on T.V. Scared the h*ll off me because it runs in our family... oohh But anyway, it got me thinking that with how hard life is today... everyone needs to go out their way and set plan for whatever might happen... Yes, I am talking about our health....
Self-employed people in New York just seems to have a difficult time affording other health insurance... but its a good thing that Healthy NY was established! Now being cautious on health just seems more possible for those who can't seem to afford normal health insurance.... They provide vast benefits that are solutions to most of New Yorkers problems which is really great! From hospital coverages to physician services to Diabetes equipments to maternity care, and so on and so forth...
So there! I think that we all should take care of ourselves because no one else wil do... the more cautious we are to our health, the longer we would stay healthy... and the healthier we are... the better we can perform... the faster we earn... the longer time we can earn a living... so what are you waiting for? Check out Healthy New York... because it does pays to be healthy!

"Knocked Up"
There was a sneak preview of "Knocked Up" last night... My sort of boyfriend took me to see the movie... It was really cool... and its one of my favorite!!! Makes me want to have a child :)) kidding! I am really scared of having to give birth... that is why the movie just made me wish I wasn't a woman hehehe I can't say anything much in here.... people might hate me for spoiling the suspense :)) Anyway, it was a great night... and I had a wonderful time with my date! Although I got a bad head ache... the great movie and my great date made me forgot about it :)) I misha my "bald" man! :))

A few lights and VIOLA!!!
Finally, a place for us... My mom finally agreed to make our dad share with us the extra room (garage) down stairs so we could put up our own studio... All we need now are shelves to organize our things and the things that we can't throw because of sentimental values hehe Cloths for props, bright lights and of course... garage lighting! Well, the last one was of course the most important.... I have tried working in the garage already using 2 15 watts bulb because my dad was trying to save money... but it was really hard to search for the right items to shoot especially when there are color variation on one item... and what we hate the most is dropping our pens everytime we take notes... it rolls somewhere and because its a little dark we probably lost a box already... we just lost count! haha! Working now is faster and easier... Because now that we have garage lighting already, viola, CONVENIENCE on our instant studio!!!
